I guess iTunes makes this a bit easier, as you can sort by date and at least have a “culled” data-set, instead of sifting aimlessly through stacks of vinyl to check release dates. :)

Really liked that Hotrats disc too but DQ’d it as a “covers” disc (that’ll be on the next post too).

Mumford and Sons (and a couple from @jno’s list) are great examples of how good I thought the crop was this year. Really liked those discs but just had others that I liked better.

… and Florence and the Machine I missed, so I’ll definitely have to go back and check that out!
